Asha Davis is an Integrated Strategy Director at TBWA\Chiat\Day New York. A proud Canadian now based NY, throughout her career, Asha has helped top tier brands such as Nissan, Dove, Huggies, Motorola, Kleenex & Coca Cola 'connect the dots' across their communications and organizations to create impactful and effective campaigns. She has won numerous industry awards across both the US & Canada including Effies Gold & Silver, Webby's and Cassies Grand Prix. In addition to being an accomplished marketer, Asha is also a talented Standup Comedian / writer and has performed at some of the most famous comedy clubs in New York.
Doug Melville (host 2017 - 2020)
For 8 years, Doug Melville was the Chief Diversity Officer of TBWA\North America overseeing diversity efforts across talent outreach, culture and creative vendor relationships. As a leader in D&I, he presented three TEDx talks on the topic. In 2019, he led the curation of OneSandbox.com, a search engine for creative diversity. Previously he worked on the Exec Team of Magic Johnson Enterprises, and biz dev team of T Capital Management, Tommy Hilfiger's Capital Management Firms.
